He had held a secret that destroyed her world.

Everything she had known was no longer true.

Blaire couldn’t stop loving him but she knew she could never forgive him.
Now, she was back home and learning to live again. Moving on with life… until something happened to send her world spinning once again.
What do you do when the one person you can never trust again is the one that you need to trust so desperately?

You lie, hide, avoid, and pray that your sins never find you out.

MY THOUGHTS…

“No. One. Comes. Before. You.”

I am now officially claiming myself a 100% fan of Abbi Glines. Sign me in!

This second book is another fantastic, heart-tugging read from Rosemary beach series. I was so overwhelmed and evoked with every emotion as I read this story– sadness, longing, resentment, hope, anxiety– name it all! This book really had me in an emotional roller coaster ride.

Some of my friends said this book was worse but I didn’t find any flaw in it. Yes, it has plenty of freaking drama and heart-breaking scenes but it also has sweet, romantic, and swooning situations that really make me smile. Not to mention the sexy scenes which are as always part of the package. 😉

Blaire was annoying at the beginning chapters but thankfully she managed to get to herself eventually. Rush, on the other hand, is swoon-worthy! I love the fact that he’s head-over-heels in love with Blaire and though there are always complications in their relationship, he doesn’t easily give up.

As a whole, I totally love this book! It’s a great sequel and I also love the ending. 🙂 But this doesn’t mean I’m relieved. Knowing that there’s still a third book waiting, I don’t think I can relax. I don’t know what’s coming next and I better find out. 🙂

My Rating for this Book: 5 Rush-ing Stars!
